Cosy Home is located inside a green land in Pithari, Chania. Cosy Home is single-storey house of 80 m2. The house can accomodate up to 3 individuals.
Additionally to the double bed in the master bedroom, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which opens in order to become a double bed too. That can be ideal for a family and your children.
The house is fully air-conditioned. There are two (2) air-conditions, one in iving room and one in bedroom.
The kitchen includes: microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. If you plan a romantic night with music under the cretan moon, there is a stereophone with cd player for you at the living room.
The outdoor area of Cosy House comprise of colourful garden laid with grass for your relaxing moments under the sun, next to the magnificent view of Souda-Chania bay.
Through the house, everyone is able to enjoy breathtaking views of Souda bay, views of the mainland of Crete island since the house is on Akrotiri penisula and views of the White Mountains on the southern-western side.
Furthermore, the house is provided with stable, unlimited wi-fi internet connection.
You can park your car at the private and safe parking area.
The Cosy House lies just 8km away from the city of Chania, at Akrotiri area. Akrotiri area includes quaint villages, right next to the coastline or in the hillsides. The main beaches of the area are Kalathas beach, Stavros beach, Marathi family beach, Maherida beach (preferred by people who like nudism) and Loutraki beach with its popular beach bar. Right next to these beaches, there are local tavernas offering excellent cretan dishes including freshly caught octopus, fish and the local delicacy of sea urchin.!
